MY STORY

I have been providing therapy to individual, couples and teens since 2011. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Community Counseling from Siena Heights University. Throughout my career I have worked in a variety of setting and roles, exploring both non-profit work and private practice. I believe in the connection between therapist and client as the foundation for growth and change. I trust in my client's ability to be vulnerable and present in the session to begin the work towards create a more complete and fulfilling life experience. Outside of the therapy space I enjoy spending time with my family and reading.
